3.1 Prohibited Conduct: The following are strictly forbidden: Multi-accounting
Using bots or automated tools
Abusing bugs, exploits or vulnerabilities
Sharing accounts or login credentials
Engaging in fraud or chargeback abuse
Provocative, racist, sexist, or harassing behavior
Advertising, spam, or self-promotion in chat
3.2 Chat Guidelines: Raided Chat is public and for community engagement. Toxicity, begging, spam, or false accusations will lead to sanctions.

4.1 Virtual Nature: All items, levels, XP, and in-game assets have no real-world value. Spending real money converts to virtual assets only.
4.2 XP and Rewards: Special features like XP boosts and rewards follow predefined mechanics that may be updated periodically.
4.3 Fairness: Drop rates are governed by a Provably Fair system. User interface errors do not entitle you to compensation.

5.1 Verification: We may require Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify your identity, especially for withdrawals or if suspicious behavior is detected.
5.2 KYC Data: This may include full name, government ID, proof of address, payment method ownership, and source of funds.
5.3 Failure to Comply: Refusal to complete KYC may lead to account suspension or permanent ban, with forfeiture of virtual assets.

Raided and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of virtual items, access issues, or user conduct. Use Raided at your own risk.

9.1 Raided is intended purely for entertainment. You should only spend what you can afford to lose and never treat the platform as a source of income.
9.2 Self-Exclusion: On request via support@raided.gg, you may set deposit limits, take a cooling-off period, or self-exclude for a fixed term or permanently. Once self-exclusion is applied, we will not reopen the account for the agreed period.
9.3 We may proactively limit, suspend, or close an account where we observe signs of harmful or compulsive play.
9.4 If you feel your play is becoming a problem, seek support from a specialized organization in your jurisdiction (for example, BeGambleAware or GamCare).

10.1 Access to Raided is prohibited from any jurisdiction where the Services would be unlawful, including territories subject to comprehensive international sanctions.
10.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that using the platform is legal where you live. Using a VPN is allowed and is not, by itself, a breach of these Terms. However, providing false information about your location in order to access the Services from a restricted jurisdiction is a breach and may result in a ban and forfeiture of virtual assets.

11.1 We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud.
11.2 We may monitor, hold, or reverse transactions, request source-of-funds documentation, and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
11.3 Deposits made without genuine intent to use the platform (pass-through / layering) are prohibited and will lead to account closure and forfeiture of balances.

12.1 All bonuses, rewards, rakeback, and promotions are granted at our discretion and may carry wagering requirements, time limits, or eligibility conditions.
12.2 Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim rewards, collusion, or exploiting promotional mechanics, will void the related winnings and may lead to a ban.

An account with no login activity for an extended period (12 months or more) may be classified as dormant. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the competent courts of Belize. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
